Recommended dosage: Adults are advised to take 1 tablet a day after a meal (full stomach) with water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. MAXIMUM DOSAGE IS 1 CAPSULE PER DAY.

If you have thyroid conditions, pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy please consult with your healthcare professional before consuming. Do not consume this vitamin with the Hair + Energy and Hair + Libido at the same time to avoid iodine overdose.

Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not consume if the seal on cap/lid has been broken, missing, or opened.
