PM: The PM vitamins will help you to relax and sleep better at night. The Lavender in its ingredients is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to induce sleep and to relieve sleeplessness. Supports the nervous system, relieves nervous tension, calms the mind and the nerves, relieves disturbed and restless sleep, and relieves symptoms of mild anxiety. The Magnesium also maintains and supports nervous system health and function, maintains muscle function, bone health, and cardiovascular system health.

Take 1 AM tablet once in the morning with breakfast
Take 1 PM tablet in the evening
Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not consume if the seal on cap/lid has been broken or opened.

PANTOTHENIC ACID (B5): Supports energy production, energy, healthy stress response in the body. Supports nervous system health + general health and wellbeing.

PYRIDOXINE (B6): Aids metabolism of proteins, supports healthy blood cell production + general health and wellbeing. Supports haemoglobin formation and synthesis.

SELENIUM: Antioxidant, reduces free radical damage. Assists thyroid hormone production in healthy adults, supports reproductive system health in males.

VITAMIN B12: Supports blood health + red blood cell production. Supports healthy immune system function, nervous system and energy production.
