This supplement contains:
- Goat’s Rue, traditionally used to promote lactation in traditional Western herbal medicine. Its common name is a reference to the observation in medieval times that consuming it increased milk production in goats, and its botanical name Galega officinalis is thought to be derived from the Greek word for milk (gala).
- Vervain, used in Western herbal medicine to increase breast milk production.
- Fenugreek, to improve breast milk production based on its traditional use in Western herbal medicine.
- Shatavari, which has a long history of use in Ayurvedic medicine, where it?s traditionally been used by women wishing to improve breast milk production for hundreds of years.
